Social butterfly

This weekend D got to meet a ton of family and friends or he slept while they met him.
The really big one was meeting his great Grammy or as she has requested to be called Grammy Great! Every Monday they "talk" on the phone, but they had not met in person yet.

"Grammy Great"

His cousin Sophia, who was born very shortly after Drew and I were married! We told her to smile like a princess... I would say that's a princess smile!

Sophia's Mimi

D spent a few hours "playing" with his cousin JJ. JJ shared all the toys in the room and then also taught D how to share his binki, D didn't seem to mind sharing. Ha!

And our friend Carter went for a walk with us...umm hello doesn't he make that hat look cute!

Grammy (who is awesome but not "Grammy Great" haha this could get confusing for him someday!)

And after that long weekend he was exhausted!

Happy Monday!

missing them

My family is a gift. We as a family do not agree on everything, but we agree on one thing. Family is everything. I am glad this summer my youngest sister is getting married and it will be one of the first times we are all together in a very long time. I had a good day shopping and relaxing with her today, we were both missing the rest of our family. With that I leave you with a video my little brother made a few months ago (that's him singing in the video), I tear up a little each time I watch it.

If you enjoyed that, head over to his YouTube page and let him know what you think. He has some other songs worth a listen.

Twins times two

Yes! A second post!

Meet the twins we have all been praying for! I was blessed enough to meet them on day one and how stinking handsome they are! Now I'm not sure if they are identical yet, but it was very hard to tell them apart.

Here they are:

Asher Silus and Aiden John 5.7 and 5.4 pounds respectively.

Me hanging out with the other boys Dathan and Cooper (aka Preacher C)... The boys gang is complete! (for now;-)

So, all this time we've been praying hard for these little guys and they are here, healthy as can be. Happy May 4th... Or as the Boys dad would say "May the 4th be with you!"
